“yo (jr.)” and “rodo”, depict avatar like figures set in an animated, virtual space. Each central character, accompanied by secondary elements of figure and space, may create a sense or question of “actor” and “circumstance”. Absent though, is a directing narrative, an origin or a destination for what is taking place. This leaves the viewer to puzzle the questions (if so inclined) of “who, what, where and why?”. My wish is that this is seen as an opportunity, rather than a burden.
